Cancellation Policy

Plan Policy Single Sessions Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before your appointment can be made without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit being forfeited. Missed appointments/no-shows will also result in the loss of your deposit. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email info@rechargecentre.au. Memberships There is no lock-in contract. A minimum of 4 weeks’ notice is required to cancel your membership. Membership sessions are for the member only and are not transferable. Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Unused sessions do not roll over or carry forward into the following week. Missed or unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or credited. Membership payments will continue weekly throughout the 4-week cancellation notice period.
